Ever noticed the Kardashian girls and their ridiculously long eye lashes??? Seems Allergan (Company that introduced BOTOX) has come out with the only FDA approved lash strengthener. The medicine keeps the lash (hair follicle) in its growth stages for 3 months longer than it naturally would without product use. Its easy to apply and works within 6 weeks. Some women are hesitant to try this product because Allergan has to state the possiblities of change in iris pigmentation and skin pigment above the lash line may become darker.
1. Blue eyes are not even a part of iris change possibility!
2. 1% of the women tested had the lighter flecks of the iris darken when dropping the product directly onto the eyeball for 1 year on a daily basis.
3. The pigment above the eye may darken where you would apply eyeliner, at a minimal shade.
4. Irritation may occur, but if used for more than 2 weeks this usually goes away.
Ladies!!! I use this product and my lashes have doubled in length and fullness. I have been using Latisse for 6 months now. I never wear mascara anymore and people always comment on how long my lashes are, I even get asked if they are real. I highly recommend this product!! It can be purchased in most Med Spas or a prescription can be written by a Doctor.
Wha effect does it have on contact lense wearers?
ReplyDeleteUsing product will not affect your contact use, I wear contacts and I don't have any negative reactions. IF there is any irritation to the eyes or the skin around the eyes, give the products a cpl weeks and the irritation should subside.
